Over the years, I have developed relationships with all types of clients. These clients range from a simple home user to organizations with over 3,000 computer systems. It has become very apparent to me that as computer prices tumbled, the customer would have to suffer from the support channels. The nitch that came to life was simply that people are tired of purchasing equipment and then being shipped overseas for support. It just does not work. We have remained true to our roots. We sell and support without the need for extreme patience or an interpreter. I thank the Lord every day for my customers and I hope they are thankful for what we do as well.
